@merseytravel.bsky.social Any idea why no 433 or 432 heading to Liverpool has been seen in New Brighton for 40 minutes? Two of each have simply failed to appear. Bus stop full of people wondering if they've all just been cancelled?!

I guess we only stop games for a head injury if it's not a Liverpool player that's injured.

Can't decide to what extent my feeling that the "World champions" thing from Chelsea is a bit embarrassing is justified. Didn't feel entirely dissimilarly when it was us, but at least we'd won the European Cup to be eligible.

Absolutely idiotic from Ekitiké. Fantastic goal, though.

This kind of long-term strategic planning could also be possible in a democracy where elected representatives had their country's best interests at heart and weren't beholden to the rich. It was obvious decades ago that the "green" market was there to be cornered.

That's certainly a take. Impossible to deny it's true, at least until someone creates another third-tier consolation prize competition that they can try for.

Reminded once again why I believe SQL Server Import and Export Wizard may be the most diabolically terrible piece of software ever released. It never, ever successfully imports data the first time. Its error messages are copious and inscrutable. Its UI is horrible.
