Tickles me immensely that we're supposed to pay to licence rubbish made by their AI when they just stole terabytes of copyrighted material to train their models.

Absolutely nailed it, mate. The only point on which I would disagree is that I think the manager must be instructing the team to play in their ponderous way which drove me so mad on Saturday and whilst that certainly doesn't mean I want to see him sacked, that's on him and not the players.

I live in NW England so I have only been negatively impacted by the castration of the HS2 plans. Nevertheless, if I lived in a beautiful rural area which somebody wanted to run a railway through I'd want someone to represent me in parliament and object. That kinda feels like MPs' main purpose.

I wonder how they've measured this and whether it simply ignores the fact that people just started using VPNs to access adult sites, giving the appearance of traffic no long er coming from or going to the UK.

Multiple news stories are published in outlets every day with quotes from "A source close to the Prime Minister" or "an insider". It's common practice and people do, indeed, trust the journalistic integrity of the reporter. Not that I'm vouching for this particular reporter; I don't know them.

The same "unelected, undemocratic" lies as were told repeatedly during the Brexit campaign. It's not even nuanced. It's just wrong.
