Let it play with the volume turned down.

Let it become the most streamed song in history.

Let our voices be heard through the universal language of music!

Yes, it's a state of mind worth pursuing, but being in #flow constantly is an illusion.

It's part of a cycle with four phases. Flow is one, #recovery another. Skipping it is unsustainable.

Flow is about doing your best work while taking care of yourself.

We all have a choice.

It's crazy how holidays, a time to wind down and connect with loved ones, have been manipulated into decadent consumption feasts.

Therefore I ask you: What is more important to you, consumption or connection?
