Unlike most places, Finland doesn't celebrate romantic love on February 14th, but rather friendships.

That's good, because meaningful relationships are the most important thing for our happiness.

Here's an idea: put Bruce Springsteen's song Streets of Minneapolis on endless repeat.

Even if you don't particularly like his music.

Let it play with the volume turned down.

Let it become the most streamed song in history.

Let our voices be heard through the universal language of music!

Don't believe it.

Yes, it's a state of mind worth pursuing, but being in #flow constantly is an illusion.

It's part of a cycle with four phases. Flow is one, #recovery another. Skipping it is unsustainable.

Flow is about doing your best work while taking care of yourself.

We all have a choice.

It's crazy how holidays, a time to wind down and connect with loved ones, have been manipulated into decadent consumption feasts.

Therefore I ask you: What is more important to you, consumption or connection?
