Because sometimes I'm a basic bitch I'm also a big fan of the franchise tie-in cookbooks. Particularly when there are 'substitutes'. They're in the same vein!

This is genuinely one of my selection criteria for cookbooks! The Anness imprints are particularly good at this, and one standout is a Dutch and Belgian one (internationally renowned culinary powerhouses that they are.) I'm fairly sure half of these are made up.
