Felt like it was about time I started sharing my drawings, so we here we are.

Woke 2: The Wokening

For every annoying vegan I've seen on the net, I've seen 50 people complaining about the existence of vegans

And now I've somehow managed to sit still long enough to watch a slow-paced Soviet sci-fi film from beginning to end, and to actually be engaged by the film for that matter.

And here I was thinking my attention span was screwed due to spending most of January doomscrolling. There was a period in which I simply wasn't able to stay focused enough to watch a film.

For years Stalker has been one of those films which I would start and never get round to finishing, and it's only this evening that I actually watched it all the way through from start to finish.

The time that made me an artist came from the sports I didn't play. From long summers with no library access when my friends were on vacation. From lunchtimes alone. That's a lot of us- we built something out of time and need.

"I want it now" won't get you there.

AI can't make you an artist. Only time can do that. And I hear AI users talking about hundreds of hours, but no. That's not TIME. Not the kind I'm talking about.

It takes years. Which is where people are like "years of free time is a privilege". Sure.
Except the time wasn't free, it was taken.
