We are heartbroken to learn of the passing of Hall of Famer Dave Parker.

A legendary Pirate, Parker spent 11 years in a Pirates uniform, winning 2 batting titles, an MVP award and a World Series Championship in 1979.

John Milner was born on this day in 1949.

John spent 12 seasons in the bigs and tied a MLB record in 1974 when he came to the plate 12 times in a 25-inning game.

He passed away in 2000 after battling lung cancer

1991. Stanley Cup Playoffs. Round 1. Game 6. NJD leads the Pittsburgh 3-2 in the series & Pittsburgh leads 2-1 in the game. Then "The Save" (on Peter Šťastný of all people). Six weeks later the Pens are Stanley Cup Champions.
