In downtown Portland, Unpresidented Brass Band is out in big numbers in their banana suits. Since their clarinet player was arrested at the ICE facility in Portland Sunday the band is “more resolute, actually, at this point, I think, than we were before,” said founder Miles Thompson.

they’re far more cost-efficient options at this point if we’re gonna have something spying on us, I’d rather it be an electric drone than a Cessna-182 dropping lead and noise all over the city.
