Crazy that we hear about Train Drivers who get £60,000 a year for driving a train.
But we never hear about the boss of Tesco who gets £30,000 a day and doesn't even pay tax in the UK.
Or the £250m a day that the likes of Amazon, Vodafone, BP and Shell don't pay in tax.

Given the scientific evidence re the climate crisis, I would rather take all steps to minimise it and be later proved wrong than deny the sense of such steps and be proved wrong. The latter kills people, increases dislocation of people and is the epitome of stupidity.

Decline came with Cameron’s decision to have a referendum which MPs (of all parties) were not brave enough to support Remain because it was too obvious that it was the right choice. Since then the Cons have been fighting a losing battle with ineffective leadership and are now going down the drain.
