Australia is a #secular democracy
The time has come to get rid of all prayers and mentions of a god in all forms of government. Allowing religious organisations to claim charity status is another thing that needs addressing urgently. Many offer no form of charitable work at all, just accumulating wealth and power for the hierarchy.

The NSW government tried to ban greyhound racing, but backed down. Now New Zealand have made the decision.

The thing opponents of Voluntary Assisted Dying never realise is that people facing horrible deaths will & do choose to avoid them. They’ll just choose earlier than they otherwise might & will have to die alone for fear of implicating loved ones in their decision.
