I still love going to the movies, for now, have noticed that people file in late a lot and I wonder if that’s because they’re skipping the ads (understandably) if my theory is correct then I think it won’t be long before they’re playing them during movies, unless you pay a higher tier ala streaming

I saw Weird Al in Halifax late 90s, friend gave me a ticket, I went expecting it to be kind of fun, something to do etc, was one of the best most fun concerts I’ve even been to, we were surrounded by kids who were all losing their minds, rolling on the floor laughing, 10/10

I’m hearing it more and more in my daily life, and I don’t get out that often, newcomers have always been used as scapegoats for peoples problems but it’s definitely gotten worse

Sadly it’s always been around, but it’s definitely gotten more socially acceptable to voice it. Not to sound like an old guy but I feel social media has amplified it, lots of misinformation out there, and people feel emboldened to be this way because they’re seeing it every day on their Facebook etc
