Picked up this Halifax classic at Fred’s this morning, very angular indie rock, kind of like Fugazi, was lucky enough to see them open for Fugazi back in the day. While at the store they were playing the Harvest Moon album by Neil Young which I hadn’t heard in a long time, great record

Often drive by this house just off Topsail Road which is in a busy spot but kind of looks like something you would find deep in the woods, getting swallowed by trees

I remember visiting Belfast and Derry in 2014 and seeing murals about Gaza, took these photos at the time, the Irish have been speaking up for a very long time

It’s a nice package, but nothing special honestly, cardboard outer sleeve and standard shell case, no booklet or anything, very bare bones, the version I have at least, I impulse bought it online, I’m glad I have it but it’s a show that definitely lends itself to having extras

Excellent film, adaptation of the equally excellent novella by Claire Keegan. Masterclass acting by Cillian Murphy, best film I’ve watched in a while
