The most realistic villains to write are just selfish jerks.

I know critics want depth and uncomfortable relatability, but "dude just wants wealth and power, and is willing to step on others to get it" might be the most relevant to reality villains in existence.

It depends on with whom I’m speaking. Normal people get told I’m liberal. Irritating granularly political people get told I’m a democratic socialist but not a DSA member. I used to use leftist but a whole bunch of jerks ruined that for me.

I caucus with the wine moms more than the Marxists.

For my sins, I read Jeff Bezos’s self-serving op-ed, and found it mostly pretty ridiculous. But I do want to point out that Bezos himself does not adopt Will Lewis’s lie that killing the presidential endorsement wasn’t Jeff Bezos’ decision. I don’t see how Lewis can stay after that.

Hopefully voters will be able to track their ballots and if they were damaged then recast their votes. We need to count every vote.

If you’re burning ballots, you know you’ve lost.
