Can anyone shed any light on what these are? They're made of silk, have the Republic of China flag and belonged to a Naval Intelligence Officer. There's about 10 of them. #ww2

I made a watch! Well, I put lots of bits from AliExpress together, but close enough. Might have to change the hour and minute hands, they seem a bit long, and also they don't have any glow in the dark.

Trying to work out some paint schemes for a Swordfish. The mkII will be coastal command HS215 (L). The mkI will go back in the 'to be built' pile, which is almost as big as the 'to be read' pile. #rnvr #faa #fairey #swordfish

My Great Uncle was an Observer in Swordfish and Albacores, and later Fireflies. He didn't talk about it so I don't know his preference. Here's a sample from one of his log books in Aug 43 where he probably got a submarine.
