Gov. Shapiro signed a $50.1 billion budget -- which increases overall spending by 4.7% compared to last year.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott says that after the NYC polls close he will impose a 100% tariff on anyone moving to Texas from NYC.

Governors can’t impose tariffs.
