Rep. Brendan Boyle (D-Pa.) said Amtrak’s president told him SEPTA funding cuts include $71.1 million necessary to operate the Keystone Service train between Harrisburg and NYC via Philly. The line would cease to operate without more state money for SEPTA.

Someone make this make sense: A USPS package coming from California to Philly got as far as Pittsburgh on Friday and since then it’s been to Memphis and it’s currently on its way to Greensboro, NC.

PennDOT has a collection of official state road maps on its website. It's a good way to lose an hour if you're a map dork like me. Bonus if you can find the mistake about the invention of the Slinky.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ruled (again) that mail-in and absentee ballots with date issues will not be counted for the Nov. 5 election, deciding not to decide the constitutional question at issue but instead falling back on a 2023 ruling that the date is mandatory.
