can't read the whole thing, I guess cus it's paywalled? it seems like some of the facts in the first few paragraphs are misquotes and misattributions. I believe the IG story that is misquoted is a parody of the post made by one of the workers.

sry I deleted my post before I saw your reply. by "I'm so tired of Instagram" I mean the way the platform forces people to share information. It's very hard for me to keep track of things on that platform. as well, separately, yes I agree the situation is a clusterfuck and it makes me sad.

This was one of the only places that has any kind of Covid mitigation. So now there’s one less place that people who know they can’t afford to get sick can go and exist in public with others.
