if it says sold out, keep refreshing - it means they ran out of reservations, but when people's reservation timer expires, more tickets become available. this is how i got my ticket last fanfest

I have never been able to use the USB ports on my Synology because drives plugged into it just disconnect every 30 seconds
the solution that fixes it completely? plug a USB hub into the Synology, then plug the drive into that. Amazing
