I really like Ellipsus, even though not having pages (yet) is taking some real getting used to. Not having AI anywhere near it is enough to make me put up with the lack of pages.

This is SO highly state dependent that you really can’t make generalized advice like this without knowing the specific states and details. someone who lives in NJ and works in NY would be screwed by following this advice. Unless it was an aspirational “should” like “this ideally should be the law”

This is a civil lawsuit and not criminal charges, despite what the AG said. You’d think the USAG would know the difference, but that’s where we are right now.
