We have upgraded our geomagnetic forecast today (12 November 2025) to the highest intensity level amid an ongoing solar storm.

Current predictions suggest that the activity will result in potentially the largest solar storm to hit our planet in over two decades.

Today is my Christmas day! It's the start of @mayhemfilmfestival.bsky.social! Which is the weekend in my calendar I look forward to most.

This year is my 14th year, so I'm going to do a little rundown of my two favourite films of each year, covering the past 14 years

I felt this article in my very bones.

The act of choosing holiday reads, to me is a sacred death match. My lists boil down fiction (dutiful), fiction (fun), and non-fiction. I always hunt out a book about the place I'm visiting too.

A neverending, joyful activity.

Tickets booked for @mayhemfilmfestival.bsky.social. Cannot overstate how much I enjoy sitting in a cinema screen for 4 straight days, which inevitably results in me hallucinating I am in a movie. It is, without a doubt, my favourite weekend of the year.

Keep your eyes peeled tonight 👀
Keep your eyes to the sky tomorrow night / early Wednesday morning: we're seeing signals of a G3 (out of 5) geomagnetic storm, which means chances of seeing the aurora are good, assuming clear skies.

Went to see this gem of a film tonight. It's an instant cult classic, that I highly recommend you see on the big screen. Can't tell you anymore than that because it's one of those films you need to go into blind.

Well OK, the soundtrack is excellent too.
