As they beat the drum of “insufficient evidence” about gender affirming healthcare, you’d think that the trans skeptics would relish the chance to generate more evidence.

Of course, these studies do conflict with their reality—or at least reveal a more nuanced one.

Worth noting that McConnell refusing to whip votes to convict Trump at his impeachment trial (or vote himself to convict) is *why* we’re now in a position where Hegseth is the Defense Secretary. If McConnell is looking for the person at fault, he might want to consult a mirror.

This is NOT a reason for exercising the pardon power & it's not a legitimate use of presidential authority even if Trump is legally entitled to do it. Rewarding people for their political support of your candidacy by pardoning their kids is a sign of political corruption.
