Is anyone able to point me to a fair/balanced summary of Charlie Kirk's comments or positions over the last few years? People I read are cherry picking a few things he's said or done, but it would be good to get a more representative picture of him. Preferably nothing behind a paywall. Thanks

Yet another example of the importance of a Road User Charge on ALL vehicles, not just EVs, with benefits to the nation’s health, economy and environment. Perhaps the medical profession should be asked to join the call on better RUC policies?

And there you have it.

A leaked letter shows an astro-turf, pro-Israel group pressured Bendigo Writers Festival + LaTrobe uni.

The group claimed the inclusion of a Palestinian author was "antisemitic" and that organisers should "implement immediate measures".

Should we believe the report that Trump vetoed an Israeli plan to asassinate Ayatollah Khamenei? Or is this unverified report an attempt to portray Trump as a moderating influence?

This group of marchers may be the (large) right wing fringe, but reflects the fact that the core of Israeli society is deeply racist.

Important article by John Quiggin, but I suggest that the issue goes beyond human services. We need to accept that in any sector a significant proportion of private businesses will always pursue profit far more than quality and public needs.

Perhaps the ALP needs to change from a party of labour to a less disciplined social democratic party, but that will weaken it when it pushes for progressive issues too. And that discussion should be separated from this particular issue.
