For all the talk about the EU-UK deal - Scotland voted to stay in, and our best future is as an independent country in the EU in our own right. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

This is spot on. Many insist Scotland wanting to be independent is somehow anti-English. It’s not. We’ll be delighted if England does well, but in the meantime we’d like to, and are entitled to, make our own choices.

🚨Horrified to find that David Lammy branded our story on his government's arms sales to Israel "clickbait" in the Commons.

Our story is based on the UK Government's own figures, published on Thursday.
I just asked the Foreign Secretary why arms sales to Israel under this Labour government now exceed those under the Tories. He dismissed it as “clickbait”.

There’s nothing clickbait about genocide.

He has Palestinian blood on his hands.

Humility. I'd like to see a bit of humility from England and maybe some genuine regret - maybe even a wee apology? - for dragging Remain-voting Scotland out of the EU with them, now that they appear to be coming to their senses. Don't suppose it will happen, though.

Something tells me that independence is inevitable.
Update on the weekly Yougov polling subsamples shows SNP still out in front, with the Grifter Farage's RUK maintaining second place ahead of austerity cheerleader Keir Starmer's 'Labour' Party. The Tories under Badenoch/ Findlay have plunged to single figures; the lowest I can recall.

Scots nationalism is of the civic variety, not the ethnic variety. It's simply about the inalienable right of Scots to govern our own country. It's our democratic right built in to the Treaty of Union but is being ignored by WM because it knows it'd lose IndyRef2. Add 1 border to remove 27 borders.

What cataclysmic event will it take to get Scottish unionists off their knees. A rich, oil-producing country now has no capacity to refine oil. One of the cradles of the industrial revolution is being asset stripped to ensure dependency on England. We must be independent to survive, then thrive.

Did you know that since Scotland was promised 'more powers' if we voted No to independence in 2014, Westminster has actually stripped more than two dozen key powers from Holyrood and overruled devolved decisions made by the Scottish Government 13 times.

The BBC have been shamed over Gaza by Gary Lineker.

Their coverage hasn't been impartial, and nor have they stuck by the facts.

NEW: The UK Government will not split the country's energy market into regions if it raises people’s bills 'in some parts of the UK', Ed Miliband has said

This is despite Octopus Energy previously arguing Scotland would have the 'cheapest electricity in Europe' if zonal pricing was introduced.

Despite having its hands tied, Scotland still does it better.

With #ScottishIndependence and a written constitution and all the levers of control we can eradicate child poverty in Scotland.
