Positivity and support are keys in keeping us going, that's for sure, and I hope people hear your appeal to hold back defeatist comments. Still, as long as you get both and not just the latter, you may have to take it in your stride. At least, you are engaging and getting feedback. That's good.

Not much has changed since Plutarch pointed this out. History is unfortunately ripe with this imbalance. It's time we redress it.
