To me this looks like the worse year since 2024, which was the worse year since 2023. There is a slight variance after that, but this graph seems to point to things getting worse and worse.

Except these features have to only increase the cost of vehicles by fractions of a percent. Electronics, cameras, etc., are super cheap compared to other components of a vehicle.

Iowa districts are redrawn after every census by a “nonpartisan” commission. It’s not perfect but it is definitely better than most states. Three of Iowa’s four districts are potential Dem pickups.
