This is, imo, the most important dataset, adjusting for inflation, how many years of labour an average and median CDN household has to put in to afford an average home in Canada. Data sourced from StatsCan, CREA, and wowa.ca
1976-2005 an avg home cost 5.6 years of median household labour. Now 10.8.
