@hrc.org What is your advice to transgender people on the new passports that will only have "Sex Assigned at Birth", and choices "M" or "F" only?

Choose the one you identify with and risk prosecution? Or choose the birth one you don't identify with that doesn't match your driver's license? 🫤

The United States just voted against a United Nations resolution condemning Russia for invading Ukraine.

The US sided with Vladimir Putin, Kim Jong Un, and the Grand Ayatollah of Iran.

“We’re not going anywhere. What’s more: we’re expanding.”

Nearly a dozen of Minnesota’s foremost experts on gender-affirming care collaborated on this beautiful op-ed in today’s Strib. No paywall.
Those of us who work in gender medicine are not going anywhere

Disappearing climate data is a crime against humanity. Something you don't want us to see Donald?

To everyone who was a Federal govt employee prior to Jan 20th: please don't quit. Please stay and RESIST the takeover of the Federal government by a psychopath and his army of stormtroopers.

I feel bad for anyone who loses their job, but I respect and admire those of you who go down swinging.

Trump just claimed that Canada "won't let our banks in" which is total bullshit. NAFTA provides for reciprocal operations of banks on both sides of the border.

Citibank, U.S. Bank, Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase are all American companies doing business in Canada right now.

I am utterly disgusted by what Donald Trump is doing to our closest allies, Canada and Mexico with these stupid, catastrophic tariffs.

Job #1 now: DO NOT NORMALIZE THIS. This is NOT normal! There is a psychotic dictator in the White House, led by billionaires. They do NOT care about us.

The core mission is "Drill, Baby, Drill", pure and simple.
BREAKING: Acting @EPA Administrator James Payne has fired the agency's science advisors.

They will be replaced in order to, he says, "ensure that the agency receives scientific advice consistent with its legal obligations to advance our core mission," whatever that means.

Once you figure out that a sorting comparator doesn't need to be a simple <=> comparison, this puzzle falls right out.

I just completed "Mull It Over" - Day 3 - Advent of Code 2024 #AdventOfCode adventofcode.com/2024/day/3 #rubylang

So I solved part 2 by scanning the "do" parts and not the "don't" parts of the input. It works but it's not very elegant. Is it possible to solve it in one shot with a Regex?
