There seems to be a vast under-appreciation for the lines we’ve crossed and the world we’re in.
Trump’s win has basically put us in a post-rules world.
People in power don’t feel constrained by rules and any remaining checks don’t feel empowered to be checks.
This reality has not set in yet.

Agree with PK here. But I wonder, if anything *could* dislodge dollar dominance, in might be Trump’s threats (especially so if they a not empty ones)?
It goes without saying that this is stupid, and I wonder what set it off. Was there a segment on Fox News? But I thought it might be worth a thread explaining what Trump (and, to be fair, some other international leaders) don't get about international money 1/
