But doesn't the ruling indicate they have to provide a balanced approach, so if they haven't considered or shown balance they will be open to legal action. Removing access to toilets, when there are individual cubicles for privacy would be an indication of excessive restriction for Trans rights?

Then they leave themselves open to lawsuits which will be won as the precedent has now been set. The legal world understands, hopefully this will slowly spread to the real world and the right wing news media won't be able to hide it.

- Took excessive amounts of freebies from donors upon getting elected
- Tried to obliterate our creative industries by selling them out to AI scam artists
