I'm totally not ready to do a 5K but in March, in New Orleans, one of the runs in this event will be a Guineas Challenge run. That just sounds entertaining.

Well I've been roped in to coaching my son's basketball team of 11 &12 year olds.
I did it because the original coach backed out and I just want the kids to get to play.

Well I'm getting old, have a pain in my knee. Went to the doc yesterday, they took an X-ray and found an anomaly. Now off to the orthopedic doctor today
