#DC area #software engineer but nothing to do with any gov't. Interests include #photography, #architecture (computers, homes, landscapes), #bicycling, hiking, and home automation. Band parent of college-age twins. He/him.
As others noted, it’s next to a tangle of elevated interstate highways, and might be in a sketchy neighborhood. And overall Syracuse property values are on the low side, especially compared to NYC/DC. But it’s super convenient to downtown and Syracuse University and looks pretty nice.

My 20yo son is the tallest in the house now, at least when he’s home from college. When one of us needs his height, we ask for his “tallness services.”

Short answer: if the battery isn’t abused, it should outlast most of the other mechanical and electronic parts of the car. And it shouldn’t need regular service, just try to follow the manufacturer recommendations on charge level.

Good analogies. I agree it’s worth getting a NACS adapter as a backup if you take the car on >200mi road trips. I’m also expecting other (non-tesla) charging networks to ramp up deployment of NACS plugs over the next few years.

When this happened at State during 45, the secretary didn’t get fired, the (very popular with both parties) IG got fired for investigating the scandal.

I… think the current executive branch just doesn’t care? Why would they care when congressional GOP (who’d have some power if they chose to use it) is letting themselves be steamrolled / made irrelevant, and in most cases supports what the exec branch is doing without them?
