The largest ICE worksite raid in history, at a meatpacking plant in Mississippi in 2018, led to 680 arrests. It took dozens of agents, months of planning, thousands of man-hours, and likely cost several million bucks.

Keep that in mind when the Trump admin starts touting splashy numbers next year.

Biden can't issue an amnesty and Reagan didn't. Congress did. It was called the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.

Unfortunately, there is no way for a president to directly grant anyone permanent legal status absent a law passed by Congress granting that authority; which doesn't exist.
But if you declare every undocumented person a criminal, then there you go. And I absolutely would not put it past Homan to do that. Biden needs to issue an amnesty the same way Reagan did. I fear it’s the only way to protect undocumented among us.
