Woke up to more news of Trump madness, this time the film industry. How on earth a man so clearly deranged is in such high office is shocking. If it didn't have such big real world consequences it would be quite sad as he clearly has some serious problems with reality. Surely he has to go.

He is if course right. Sadly it is a well easily tapped and a conversation we hear and read so often from friends family and colleagues.
He’s right of course.

Trump’s Plan to Sell Out Ukraine to Russia
His proposal to end the war isn’t a peace plan—it’s a reward for aggression.

A sad forsight in to today's reality.

The 30% of those eligible to vote in the USA that gave us Trump have done a great disservice to their country and the world. Let's hope we all survive it. Democracy has to be better than competing parties with nothing much apart between them.

It deserved a little better than to be ignored, this is the world we live in.

www.theguardian.com/world/2025/m... Sickened, appalled and disgusted to see a so called Labour Party punching down yet again, hitting the hardest after 14 years is like whipping those already beaten. Do they ever intend punching up?

Talking about the doom and gloom that is Nazi America and all that comes with it is beyond depressing. The UK certainly doesn't have everything right but at least when we had the Truss debacle there were procedures to get her out, I'm assuming the US doesn't have that ability?

To the 30% of those eligible to vote who gave the world Trump, I know you're sorry. To the 70% who didn't vote for him I'm sorry you weren't presented with better choices. What the world will look like when you can all vote again, who knows. What dangerous times we are in. Peace and love to you.

A band that gave me and my lifelong friends unforgettable memories. Weller has never been better. Rik was just solid in the back. Man could play. RIP Rik Butler.

So, Tesla sales across Europe fall by 59% for a like to like period. Although the initial reaction was an up yours Elon moment. Feel for all the hard working employees likely to lose their jobs while Elon doesn't get a bloody nose. Sad!

Ok, had a lovely afternoon trying to teach myself to paint. Haven't picked up a brush in over 40 years, its really chilling and a nice way to spend some time. I'm hoping practice will lead to perfect.

A walk in the woods.😄👍🎨

Oh well, who wants to chat about the plight of those with long term problems anyway. I think you have to have Dr in front of your name, or say that you're a journalist or maybe a published author to get a reply on this new social media, or just talk about Musk and Trump all day.
Can't say that I'm not dissapointed to not get any comment on this post. It's topical its important and as you can see very personal.

So, you're doing 50mph an hour through miles and miles of roadworks on the M1 as I thought we all should yet cars are still overtaking everyone. Do they have invisibility cloaks? Have they paid a special road tax? Or does the make of vehicle exclude them from the rules, or are they just idiots?

A Working Class Hero, was something to be.
Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do;
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion, too.
Imagine all the people
Livin' life in peace.
You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one.
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one.
