On this day in 1912, a tornado hit Regina, Saskatchewan. The Regina Cyclone killed 28 people, injured 300 and caused $4.5 million in damages. The tornado lasted for 12 km and was 150 metres wide with 400 km/hr winds. It remains the deadliest tornado in Canadian history.
