Maybe someday I will have time to go back and edit more of my cloud photos.

Here is an image of a towering cumulus cloud ascending over some stratiform boundary layer clouds near El Durazno, Córdoba, Argentina. This was during the first site survey for the RELAMPAGO field campaign, April 2015.

Congratulations Champaign, the coldest station I could find in Illinois at -12F! (A nearby site is -10F, so it’s likely not a station issue)

NSF

- Forced reorg

- POs down ~ 40% (DRP, most rotators not renewed, retirements)

- Forced move (and we have to pack and clean) to a building with no furniture, little to no conference space for panels, inadequate 🛜, …)

I personally love the boxes they gave us for packing.

Trying to access an article in Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Climate Science. Seems like the only way to access articles is through — an institutional subscription?

I can’t see how to access them one by one - seriously messed up.

The disappearance of America’s leadership class at a time like this means that the rest of us have to be leaders. We can no longer wait to be led by those with the power and authority to lead. You must lead, I must lead, all of us must lead. We are the leaders we’ve been waiting for.
