My father, Cllr Patsy Kelly was murdered in 1974 - PONI found RUC investigation "wholly inadequate", list of failures incl not testing alibis. In 1991 murder of John O'Hara & others, PONI finds similar RUC failings - so just "a few bad apples"?

Shared on behalf of family of Pat Falls. “Our father was murdered by State Agents 50 years ago today. Our mother was left with 6 children and passed away on 7 Dec 2020. The Legacy Act is bad law which makes for a bad process in the ICRIR. The Act is Truth & Justice denied.
