I always loved the Jace and Vraska dynamic. One of the most recognisable faces of the game going full gorgon lover speaks to me.

I always loved it even when living in it, and all the media talk about it being overrun with crime, but was just a very cosy rainy November day.

It's funny. This character was meant to be my challenge going against all my natural instincts which ended up being a deeply religious inquisitor who is full of anger. But man, I adore this lady.

It's the most interesting thing about the genre, where it basically says, "everything you want can be had if you give in to being a deviant". Most people cooperate in spite of that.
But it's mixed with YouTube videos saying "you need this loadout". The game works because it's a social experiment.

I know it's maybe toxic, and I try to be friendly every time, but like... I definitely think people aren't appreciating that the genre is a goblin genre.
You can call people who camp extractions scum, but the game doesn't feel dangerous without those rats.

I'd say not active haters, but agree on reviews by people who aren't experts in the genre or are coming at it with a new perspective, because inevitably, that's going to be a much bigger group than the super fans.

Seen some subtweets of people recently, and it's like, man, I'm just here to throw out quarter-baked takes on video games when tipsy.
