Sounds good, but then you try booking interviews for them and it gets hard schedule wise. And interviewing is a skill set all of its own… but whoever we hire will be good

YouTube is very different to audio. We only have 5k subs there vs tens of thousands in the RSS feeds.. we basically only publish to YouTube for discoverability purposes

Not really… it’ll make the main feed too crowded once the sponsored stuff goes in.. I know it seems nuts but we’ve tried working out to better slice and dice it and yeah… it’s like this for a reason
