The problem is that delivering the computing power OpenAI wants costs a lot. Like, a lot a lot. Estimates suggest that Oracle’s revenue from cloud infrastructure won’t match capital expenditure until 2028. If it gets there, it gets into silly numbers by 2030. But that’s a big "if".
