Minneapolis. Clearly a shit poster past his prime such as myself is very cool and wise and deserves a ton of respect and deference. This is a parody account. All posts are non-actionable parody.
You basically are not the Mayor at this point, you are putting sound bites out for social media around the world and everyone loves you but you’re nothing but a social media influencer unless you can manage this situation seriously and I say that with the utmost respect.

Huge amount of attention paid to $6000 worth of damage to a Hilton in downtown per the city website while seemingly zero attention paid to millions in financial losses due to business closures around the city due to terror from Federal officers.

You need to provide clarity I see people asking questions about whether community centers are safe, how to be safe on commutes, I see people panicking about child pick up and drop off at schools, confusion about legal rights as US citizens. Minneapolis city hall is moving way too slow.

The people in your city are governing themselves and providing for their own security and safety. The only notices on the MPLS website castigate and threaten people with arrest. There is no amount of hugging and hang in there kitty posters that helps you need to provide resources.

You should not feel inspired and you should not put your feet up because you’re next. They are testing the rollout here. This is not, “oh it will end after the midterms,” … THIS IS THE MIDTERMS!

Honestly a lot of people who should not be afraid are way more afraid and paranoid for themselves than they should be, they should be outraged and going to help the areas being targeted but they aren’t, obviously some are.

Had to slam the door shut on police to escape a big sports riot when we as a group were defending our cars and surrounding area, in 2003, police were very aggressive and spraying at us. Again it was more excitement and adrenaline but now I question the meaning of that night way more.

I would like to also say that the loss of renee good is painful. Im in Minneapolis. She deserved life and so did the 30+ other known murders.

Abolish Ice

Justice For Renee Good

These would be far more preferential to " be good"

As a Minneapolis resident, I have never felt less safe.
