I should be able to use my VPN.
Then your sites and apps should just work.

This was a pretty big win for me personally, years in the making.

We've been talking about getting something new, a third jersey for years. Other teams rebranded/took our old color schemes so we had to change on the fly.

The results are fantastic.
Y’all, @patclarke.dev absolutely killed it on the new Motley Crew jerseys

Oh, this is a great read from Melanie.

I've felt this sensation with so many things. I'm curious what will improve if/when things are given time and nourishment.

I've always stayed away from React Server Components because of people talking bad about them and Next.js, but they seem to be much simpler than expected!

What I understood from this article is that clients components are what Astro and Fresh call "islands", but for React.

This, like many other layoff stories out there, is a very tough read.

Adam was extremely helpful and kind with his time when I took advantage of his office hours time. His work is crucial in helping advance everything UX/UI in the browser to where we are today. Can't forget that.

This is my may brain is like the Charlie from Always Sunny meme -- my mind is wrapped around infrastructure all the time.
A piece of collateral damage in this new age is lack of understanding of the value of infrastructure.

Quality infrastructure takes creativity, it’s fascinating, it’s crucial. We’ve lost the plot, relegating it to being described as a cost center.

Infrastructure is muscle, infrastructure is bone.

2/4.

But my kid, Boy10, correctly pointed out all four goal scorers were righties. So bonus points for that.
I’ll take responsibility. Canes are 2/3 to n the Power Play when I’m in attendance this season.

CodeTV has been crushing it since the the rebrand, so much so I had to upgrade my subscription. Check out codetv.dev if you haven't.

"Idiocracy" started as a Dark Comedy, but quickly became a documentary over time.
It’s not you, people are becoming dumber based on the results of cognitive tests. People across age groups are performing worse on tests for reasoning, problem-solving, and information-processing skills.

34% of U.S. adults scored at the lowest level for numeric skills in 2023. Up from 29% in 2022.
Human Intelligence Sharply Declining
No, it's not just you — people really are, per a number of surveys, way less intelligent than they used to be.
