My take on it is to play every card that can make a non Legendary copy of the commander (yes even Auton soldier). Best card is Fight or flight (3 free triggers per rotation)

The answer to that question was Goatnapper from Lorwyn. It references Goats and there are no Goats in the set. (Yes, many Changelings.) I did try to get a Goat in the set and failed.
