I get angry at shit like everyone praising South Park for example or Pete B as somehow great fighters against Trump simply cause they say “fuck Trump” while tossing trans people under the bus or making lazy homophobic jokes. Thats fighting against with zero ideology beyond rage & it’s bad long term.

generally what I mean is that stuff is too formulaic with not enough or no variety between works or that one thing is too predictable for it’s own good obligatory sunrise on the reaping mention: even though you go into it feeling like you know what happens each page is fucking insane
