And not only this, the Alberta premier justifies Bill 26 limiting healthcare as “protecting” trans kids, even as publicly available evidence shows the opposite. Is transgender population reduction the goal? Because it is the very predictable result.

The purported justification for using the notwithstanding clause to pass Alberta’s Bill 26 is to protect trans kids, not to reduce their population, although that is what would actually happen.
