a neat hack for steps 1 & 2 if you have no insurance & also can’t afford the $175 visit is to go to a different med clinic every time (may eventually have to travel if frequent pain haver)

everyone in alabama was out of work for a week because we weren’t prepared for ice roads. wrecked cars attempting work & groceries littered the streets. we all took a big hit financially. it’s about to happen again and still no salt trucks ready to go as far as i know.
