Buried toward the end of the press release was another eye-opening detail. Pete Hegseth allegedly said, “women should not vote or work and that Christians needed to have more children so they could overtake the Muslim population.”

His blanket pardon/commutation of these criminals against Democracy is unresponsive, unacceptable, unAmerican and corrupt.
Easiest layup question in media today: ask Republican elected officials if Trump should have pardoned the January 6th folks who violently attacked cops that day.

An obvious fact, demonstrated multiple times since 2015…hell, since his whole life.
Best thing our allies can remember: if you stand up to Trump you intimidate him and he will back down. If you crawl to him (like his sycophantic politicians) he will not respect you and will eventually throw you under the bus.

To my own community: this is not just about immigrants.Trump has set up a challenge to the meaning of the provision of the Constitution written & ratified to ensure our full citizenship. We must protect its integrity in full. We can never be silent when the 14th is attacked. It is our legacy.
