My first apartment in 1994 was $350/month. Adjusting for inflation, that apartment should now rent for $744/month.

It actually rents for $1500. Greed and inflation are hurting the kids, not their Starbucks lattes.

I have questions.
Okay so I guess it's Mario but like maybe a Koala? Like someone painted a koala to look like Mario. Not a koala dressed up as Mario; Mario, if he were shaped like a Koala. And he's on all fours which is also unsettling and there's a box in front of him probably for donations from people who are like "Holy shit dude you look like you need some help. Have you seen a doctor? And what even are you? A koala transforming into a man? Or a man transforming into a koala?" And he can't answer you because did I mention HE HAS NO MOUTH? Sure, the mustache is there, but HE HAS NO MOUTH AND I MUST SCREAM. And this whole thing is on a board that is covered with green carpet or maybe turf, and it's on tiny wheels, making it easier to terrorize children by chasing them with it shouting "ITS A ME! ITSA ME! KOALIO!"
