Question to the BlueSky game studies-crowd!

What are some of the best studies you know about the psychological, emotional and cognitive engagement of players with game fictions?

I'm thinking of books by @kcisbister.bsky.social , Aubrey Anable and some others, but any other key recommendations?

Loved being in the VR space again and engaging with the audience! Another cool feature of BMS = the reacts and gestures. We hope more people check it out, altho fair warning: we totally had some cases of VR hair after wearing the headsets 😂. The consequence of too much fun, I suppose.
Very cool panel and demo on using Beyond Meet Space in VR chat as research and teaching platform by a large team of colleagues, including Robby Ratan, Max Foxman, Swati Pandita

Prejudice is common in modern societies.

Reducing prejudice is difficult to do, particularly in a cost-effective & scalable manner.

Can AI help reduce prejudice?

My new working paper w @semrasevi.bsky.social, @mbosley.bsky.social & Crabtree examines this question!
