Here's my summary of the shady reallocations in the 2025 budget. Pork projects were inserted in the DPWH budget, crowding out important funds for social protection, education, and health. Foreign-funded projects were also relegated to unprogrammed funds. All this in the run-up to the 2025 polls. #PH

Pediatricians don’t give vaccines to make money—it’s laughable how little we make compared to other doctors. We give vaccines because we don’t want kids to die. The guttural screams of one parent can haunt you for life, & we work hard to make sure it never happens again.

Vaccines have saved more lives than any other medical invention and innovation in history. And yet it’s constantly demonized and politicized. It’s still such a wild reality to me that people will refuse vaccines because of people who have agendas that thrive and survive on vaccine misinformation.
