Tomorrow is Election Day! Do you know when you're going to vote and how you're going to get to your polling station? It's good to make a plan ahead of time. Will you go before work? At lunch? On your way home?

Yesterday, I joined my fellow candidates to talk about important issues to Fredericton—Oromocto on CBC Radio. It was a great opportunity to share my perspective on affordability, housing, climate action, economic sovereignty and military support.

I'm honoured to receive the endorsement of veteran CBC journalist and author Jo-Ann Roberts. Jo-Ann has dedicated her life to informing people about the world around them and empowering them to do something about it.

This Earth Day, I've been taking time to reflect on how important the environment is to each of us as Canadians. We are so lucky to live in a country with such stunning landscapes, habitats, and wildlife. But we have seen how little previous governments have done to protect and conserve nature.

While the US tariffs have put many of our industries in a precarious situation, particularly our steel and aluminum industries, we can turn this situation into an advantage for Canada.

April 21, 2025 at 1:29 PM
Today is your last opportunity to vote in advance. I hope you will join the thousands of other Frederictonians and Oromotonians today in voting for community representation, holding the government to account, and putting the climate back on the agenda. Vote Green!

Our vision for Canada starts and ends with what is best for the average Canadian, not billionaires and multinational corporations. That means an affordable home for everyone and an economy that benefits each and every Canadian.

Whatever today means to you, I hope it's a day that brings you new life, rest, and connection with those who matter most tot you. Happy Easter everyone! 🐣🪺🌷

Yesterday, co-leader Jonathan Pedneault released the full Green Party platform. It is a visionary plan that provides for all Canadians' basic needs, like affordable housing, clean drinking water, a dependable healthcare, while supporting small- and medium-sized businesses and the clean economy.

We need people in parliament who are looking out for our future and solving problems before they become crises. Only the Greens have this long-term perspective.

I've taken the Rainbow Equality pledge to uphold freedom, equality, and human rights for 2SLGBTQIA+ people. This is deeply important to me. Queer rights have been hard-won and are under constant threat.

It's also been lovely to see NDP candidate Nicki Lyons-MacFarlane at this event and others. We’ve discovered we have a lot in common, and we’ve become friends.

I loved meeting Amour Love (Rainbow Equality) and Emily Arsenault of Dog Eared Books yesterday. Thank you for hosting such a fun Drag Story Time!

[Le français suit] Only a Green Party MP can do this. Fredericton—Oromocto deserves a representative who can work with the government to uplift our community, and can hold the government accountable at the same time.

We were so fortunate to have Co-Leader Jonathan Pedneault in Fredericton earlier this week. Watch the top story from Global News Maritimes at the link below for all the details. globalnews.ca/video/111185...
